This is the place to tune in each week to get insightful training, practical tools, and frameworks that will accelerate your effectiveness in your role. Liz knows what she’s talking about. She’s lived it and now she’s coaching Admin professionals to have the career they always wanted. Bravo to you all!!
There is something very soothing and comforting about her voice that I really needed to hear. She speaks to the listener as though catching up with an old friend while out the same time expressing a sincere desire to share helpful content to the listener. It’s hard to find a podcast wherein the host speaks slowly and clearly, while being engaging and honest.
Lilz brings warmth and personality to her grounded practical advice. I've not only learned some valuable things, I've really enjoyed listening to her information, and to the interesting mix of guest speakers. This podcast has great productivity tips as well as adding a depth of caring for the person delivering seamless service in the area of Office Professionals.
I like the content of the podcast but really not a fan of your voice. Pity as you do have good things to say but there isn’t a nice flow or sound of your voice/ accent to want to listen to for a long time.
To Administration Professionals this is a resource must in your tool kit. I really appreciate and enjoy listening to this podcast.
Thank you Liz for sharing your knowledge and insights on how we can become indispensable in the workplace. Your podcasts are a must listen for all Office Professionals who want to remain relevant in our changing business world. I’ll be ready for the next set of waves. Thank you
I’m looking to make a career change from being a medical secretary/PA into being a PA/EA in a totally different industry. I’m so glad I’ve discovered Liz’s podcast. She is so down to earth and I’m loving all her tips and interviews. I listen to her podcasts when I’m out walking and before I know it I’ve walked a decent distance as I am so engrossed in listening to her podcast. Thank you Liz you are doing a fantastic job and providing a much needed resource.
I wanna say that I really have learned a lot from this podcast series but I’m a little disappointed if I were to be honest. I feel like there’s a lot of story telling without details, a lot of he and she and kind of unnecessary details. I’m a new personal assistant and have been desperate for real hardcore advice. Such as, tips on daily management of the boss, what skill sets and software sets seem to be most useful for most personal assistants. Diagrams, spreadsheets, etc? Or different types of... more
I’ve listened to 2 episodes, so far I have decided that you just like the sound of your voice.....
Liz’s podcast is so informative and is a truly transformative experience! I work as an Executive Administrator and her guidance has been invaluable. My approach to working with my Director has a fresh new perspective from Liz’s great insight. By polishing up on my skills through the gems she shares, I have built a stronger and more meaningful connection with my boss and can perform my tasks with more clarity and efficiency. Thank you Liz! I can’t wait for the next podcast!
I found Liz and Being Indispensable at a crucial time that involved a significant transition in my EA career. I have found her insights, personal and professional vulnerability, strength, advocacy for the field, interview style, and authenticity to be incredibly helpful and inspiring. Her podcast is something I go to regularly for tips, insights, and personal and professional inspiration. I highly recommend taking a listen!
Great to hear something aimed at EA’s.
Definetly the 'go to' podcast for Exec Assistants.
In a world where everyone is constantly taught to either mock, question or disbelieve what they are told it is refreshing to find a Podcast that encourages interaction & dialogue with staff as opposed to dictatorial mandates and formulas. I encourage other users & listeners to give many of these ideas some time to germinate & thrive. Well done.
