I love listening to your show. Unfortunately I’m in an HOA in southwestern PA that is very difficult. Unless you serve on the board (they aren’t shy about preferential treatment) they yell at you for complaining (via email) or shut you down during the 2 meetings a year where you’re invited to attend.
