  • My reward

After listening to the morning news podcast I treated myself to this show. My favorites that I use most days are the witchy water maneuvers, writing a letter instead of looking at your phone, touching grass, mind palace for your mind/ 9o’clock rule

  • Terrible advice from Anne Kadet, but always 5 ⭐️

Capsule wardrobe: yes. Minimizing your clothing's impact on your mental space: yes. Ordering things from Amazon: no. Throwing things in the trash as soon as they're stained or need light mending: terrible advice!! Mend before you spend, people, and don't shop on Amazon if you can avoid it at all (which can be done 99% of the time)

Q: Where do you learn this stuff?
Mainly Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, with input from younger siblings and the kids they babysit.
This is How to Aura Farm Without Being Overly Cringe
Q: But are kids still saying skibbity or has it gone the way of stoked?
It seems skibbity has faded for many, replaced in part by other slang like chopped, though some circles still use it casually.
