If you are autistic the answer is probably “No” and, yes, I speak from experience. At least I can listen to these lovely people and know I’m not alone.
Is it better than therapy for CPTSD? I’m not qualified to say… but it certainly makes me laugh a lot more often and I feel better after listening to episodes. They are definitely doing something right.
