  • More than just Sci-Fi

    I found this wonderful podcast while searching for more information on Asimov’s Foundation series. I became a fan of the Apple TV adaptation of the series and was intrigued to know more about the source material, and how the show differs from the original book.   • while the reviewer got a lot right, he did miss some details that were actually elucidated in the book, but he must've only read it once. I read it 4 or 5 times, and you notice more details with each reading.   • Rome versus a Greece - why one was an empire the other was not

    Greece was not an empire. Rome was. Why? Because one ended with no replacement for over a 1000 years. That’s because it was so big there was no replacement. The other just went away and was replaced by a competitor, Rome.
