  • So helpful!

Listening to Gerald speak so openly about his struggles with Anxiety helps to normalize it for the rest of us. He’s doing an amazing job of presenting people with a wide range of coping skills for times of extreme anxiety or panic. His shows are also very well researched, which I greatly appreciate. I always enjoy his calming voice, as well!

  • Worth the listen!

Anyone with some kind of anxiety disorder will probably agree when I say hearing the story of someone who suffers what we’ve been through is a blessing to us all. We are not alone! And the host is very brave for sharing his story. Please listen to this podcast. Compare his experiences, life’s tragedies, highs & lows with your own. We are survivors and he is living proof we can get through this.
