This podcast was my first exposure to Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), a modality that uses structured questions to help people focus on their present lives and imagine the future they’d like to create. Thanks to the generous commentary from host Dr. Elliott Connie, bookending each episode, I found myself able to “play along at home” and reflect deeply on my own journey. The family demonstrating SFBT is both relatable and aspirational as they work through individual, familial, and generati... more

This podcast is absolutely amazing. The work he is doing whew. The way this modality empowers but also acknowledges difficult things. Oh this is AMAZING!!

I understand the value of focusing on the positive, but it’s important to acknowledge and sit with ... more
