Wendy’s podcast and book have helped me immensely in dealing with my anxiety. She is very relatable and knowledgeable. Thank you!
Thank you so much! You are a big help!

Wendys podcast was so helpful and reassuring in these tough times. She describes meaningful ways to get through hardtimes because she has made it through hard times herself.
Wendy Leeds is so qualified to teach us about anxiety. She readily acknowledges she has it, and luckily for her and for us, she's a phsychotherapist who can help us heal.

Finally, a podcast that deals honestly with the struggles of women with anxiety. Wendy shares personal stories of her own anxiety and her journey to become a psychotherapist so that she can support others.
