This podcast has given me so much insight and hope for people who are struggling with mental health issues that other treatments has been unable to provide in isolation. I hate to spoil all the experiences that were life-changing, insightful, and even spiritual, but the truth is there is no shortcut to self-realization. As someone who endured trauma for the first half of my life, it was the work I put into changing the narrative I believed was true. Question on HPPD: good episode but WHY nobody is asking if these sides effects happens only with synthetic molecules?? It's like my pressing question since minute 3 of the episode. I wish this was discussed or reviewed, it's kind of crucial! Poor guest would probably not having these problems with natural psilocybin taken from just mushrooms.
