I found this podcast to be extremely insightful and educational due to the extreme variety of food and health aspects Nickie delves into. As a fellow health professional, i’m always looking for new up to date educational material that’s research based and this podcast fills that need perfectly. I cannot wait to hear whom she interviews in season 2 and learn a whole lot more.
