  • Surprisingly real and not preachy

Honestly, this podcast feels more down-to-earth than I expected for such heavy topics. It doesn’t sound like typical “self-help talk”. It’s more like people sharing what actually worked for them, without overcomplicating things.

  • Nothing to Fix

I was struggling with some emotions this morning. I did some journaling band what came was “there is nothing to fix.” So I looked on my podcast app and searched that title and up came your podcast episode by that title. I played it and now I am a subscriber. You speak my language. I coach people to create a vision for their life and help them move in the the direction of that vision based on each choice feeling expansive or constricting - it’s all an experiment, a journey, and exploration. • Don’t indulge in FEAR

I learned about Bob and the Freedom Specialist from a close friend who subscribes to the podcast and has experienced the Freedom retreat.

After listening to the podcast and understanding what Bob was all about I made a decision to go to the retreat. 5 days… of exactly what? I didn’t know but I was willing to find out for myself about how it might lead me to freedom.

Without spoiling it for you, let me sum it all up by saying this:

    It was worth every penny.

    It was life-altering. As I ... more

  • Practice what you preach

I’ve followed Bob for a few years. I initially thought he seemed a bit “out there” but the more I observed the more I saw that he actually was in control of his emotions. His discourse with others in online conversations was measured and mature and demonstrated self-control.

I even doubted his podcast when he first started, but now it is on my list of favorites.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Surviving Social Media Attacks, Lawsuits, and Gaslighting (w/ Melissa Bacelar)
Q: How did you end up in this situation, going from dog rescues to facing lawsuits and public attacks?
The guest explains a long sequence of events starting with adopting out dogs, a lawsuit over vet bills, and escalating online harassment that culminated in a public defamation campaign. She emphasizes how the emotional and financial pressure intensified, yet she kept focusing on the dogs and her family as the core motivation to endure.
Confronting Your Own Death (w/ Beau Barron)
Q: What role did faith play in navigating treatment and recovery?
Faith provided a framework to seek meaning and use the experience for good, with prayer and biblical references guiding a focus on gratitude, presence, and service to others during and after treatment.
Confronting Your Own Death (w/ Beau Barron)
Q: How did the diagnosis change your view on work and your career path?
It propelled a shift from traditional medical device sales to a role that emphasizes holistic health and patient-centered care, leading to involvement with STAT Wellness and a renewed focus on helping others through a combined health model.
Confronting Your Own Death (w/ Beau Barron)
Q: What did the osteosarcoma diagnosis mean for your sense of control and your daily life?
It shattered the illusion of being in control and triggered a mix of fear and peace, prompting a reorientation toward faith, family, and a purpose-driven approach to health.
The Stunning effects of molecular hydrogen and pure water (w/ Greg The Hydrogen Man)
Q: You've talked about the spiritual or non-scientific aspects; how does that fit into a health protocol?
Health and spirituality are deeply interconnected in my view. The body is a temple, and pure inputs—clean water, pure hydrogen, and a thoughtful lifestyle—align with love and service to others. This framework helps sustain long-term motivation and prevents obsession, balancing measurable outcomes with the sense that healing is part of a larger, meaningful journey.
