The good episodes are so good, lots of awesome conversations about masculinity, race, and navigating adhd. They should really be more selective about who they interview, though. Some episodes are total pseudoscience junk, especially around diet. Listen at your own risk and be critical.

Finally got a chance to listen to this new podcast and I’m really appreciating this perspective on ADHD. Marc and Jon have honest conversations with their guests but also discuss subjects that men need to be talking about more including emotions, being vulnerable and learning to manage symptoms and healing in healthy, holistic ways.
