This podcast has been so helpful to me as a sole practitioner with no intention of growing a large team. It’s given me the confidence to know that I can build and grow my practice my way. The guests have all been different, from accountants who have a large team to sole practitioners like me. Some with a niche, some not but all individually successful. There is always something useful to take away from each conversation.
