  • wish I knew about this podcast sooner

We all go through stress and anxiety through work, whether it's our own business or working for someone else. It's almost an occupational hazard that not many people talk about and we are just supposed to deal, but at least everyone I know myself included have no idea how. So I'm grateful I found this podcast that can teach me about different ways to recover from stress and become happier with my life.
