主持人在采访前可以做做工作，梳理一下大纲，访谈中挖掘下嘉宾的内容，东聊西聊的没啥重点，主题比较飘。浪费了这些人，口水话较多。

主持人女生说话频率有些过慢，而且强调有点怪，没精打采的感觉，那个男主持更没什么存在感，个别嘉宾还可以，但是主持人的控场和引导比较失败，导致很多废话。用podwise都无法get你们的点。真的有些浪费时间！
