    My daughter introduced me to the app while going through a tough time and it helped then I forgot about it. But picked it back up 6 months ago….. I will never forget about it again. The lessons were an amazingly simple way to get started that made me feel I couldn’t screw it up! As soon as my brain hears the app, it’s ready to relax into it.
