I really appreciate Glenn’s approach to running a business and leadership. It shows through in each interview and we are able to learn from him as well as his guests. The podcast doesn’t feel overplayed, but a conversation between humans, which allows us to gain more insight into the topic.
Gets to the personal side of the business, the people. You quickly realize that we can not only learn from each other but we all are similar in many ways!
This episode was particularly special. Glenn I wish we could have more woman share their personal stories of resilience. Erikka is a true example and voice of future leadership. Sometimes the greatest stories are those who start from the bottom. It is fantastic that you recognized that and have a discussion about it. Very wonderful podcast. I will for sure keep listening.
No matter if you are in sales or leadership, I strongly recommend this podcast. What I love most is the actionable, Glenn will take a pause to make sure that everyone understands the value of a good point and how they can input it in their daily lives.
If you are a new or seasoned leader, this podcast is a must. Glenn has an amazing ability to get the information and tips to leaders and those that want to lead. He has a great eye for timely interviews and helps distill content down to actionable information.
