Absolutely loving this podcast series. Each episode has addressed real topics that we are faced with every day and Jo shares some very simple but effective solutions to help manage challenges and drive towards success. I love how relatable Jo is and easy to listen to
Easy to listen to with lots of actionable tips Jo is a natural podcaster. I’ve definitely been guilty of over committing and under estimating how long things will take so the first episode was really helpful and a bit of a wake up call. Following this new podcaster with interest.
You’ll enjoy Jo’s honesty, humour and relatability whilst gaining lots of very usable and achievable tips that she brings to life with great anecdotes. Having listened to the first two episodes so far ( I’m feeling a bridgeton style urgency to binge & listen to them all now !) they spoke to me in terms of provoking me to reflect on my own habits and subconscious behaviour and I’m excited to follow Jo’s advice and develop some different habits.
Multitasking is just task switching. Simple but true from episode 1 ! And when Jo explains about the effects that all this busy ‘multitasking’ actually has on our brains and productivity it definitely makes you stop and think. And it’s the challenge that Jo effortlessly puts into her podcasts which is just so helpful. Have just listened to Ep 3 on my dog walk and loved it. Look forward to the next episodes.
I listened to the first podcast on working smarter not harder this morning in my hope to get some tips on how to finish the week feeling like I’ve achieved what I needed to. That’s definitely what I got!! Jo’s tips on how to work smarter definitely resonated with me and I’m going to try a few out.
Jo is honest, personable and so easy to listen to. I’m really looking forward to tuning in to the next episode!
