Since Davina left I don’t enjoy this podcast that I would listen to daily. It Is so disappointing that when in practice you hear a promotion for her inside timer… it just throws everything.
I have this podcast set to automatically play when I turn off my alarm and it's been wonderful. Occasionally there are ads at the beginning which are jarring, but OK. The last couple of episodes though are with Jennifer Cray, who is apparently the full time host. She encourages me to reflect on the day and think of things that happened that I'm grateful for, but the day hasn't happened yet because this is my MORNING mantra. Love this podcast! It is something I like to do before I get out of bed every morning. I do wish that the episodes were released at midnight the day before because sometimes I am caught up on episodes.
Well done and produced; it has helped me create a daily meditation routine.
This is one of my go to podcasts for my morning routines. Her voice and choice of music are calming. Appreciate that this podcast is updated frequently.
One issue I have experienced is toward the end-when repeating the affirmation, she rushes into promoting the instagram page which interrupts my peaceful mindset. Recommend a longer pause as I often find myself trying to hit the stop button before that point and am not usually successful.
