Love this podcast! It is something I like to do before I get out of bed every morning. I do wish that the episodes were released at midnight the day before because sometimes I am caught up on episodes.
Well done and produced; it has helped me create a daily meditation routine.
This is one of my go to podcasts for my morning routines. Her voice and choice of music are calming. Appreciate that this podcast is updated frequently.
