I’ve listened to a whole bunch of these podcast episodes and I really enjoy Samir’s techy-but-pragmatic conversational style. It’s clear that he is smart but humble and still trying to learn and improve like the rest of us. Subscribe and listen!
Really enjoyed the info about how to guide drivers into giving the engineers the info that can better help them understand what actually needs to be changed in a set up. Blind verses structured focus was also interesting and relates to my work as an internal tester for a SIM developer. These podcasts are packed with gems of experience you won’t find in most places. Excellent, easy to listen and fun! Gave me lots of ideas on approaching both driving and setup! A+++++
This podcast caters towards people with motorsport as a hobby or that are just getting started in the industry. However the guests are typically have a high level of experience. The podcast's goal of getting them to distill and simplify their advice to the basics I find really fascinating. I am a professional in the industry and decided to listen when I saw some of my peers on the pod. Even for experienced motorsport people I think there's a lot to be learned.
Loved episode 33, and will apply this to my notes and data analysis system. Thanks
