「為孩子做好上路準備，而非準備好路給孩子」這一本厚厚厚、厚到不行又有一堆註解跟引用的書，對於一般人要閱讀有很大的困難度；但如果要用簡單的一句話來分享，那就是它了。可以想一想，當家長還是當老師，在做的是屬於準備好路、還是為孩子做好上路準備？這個世代的做法大多是擔心的、不理解的、緊張的，就通通直接喊卡，而且只是交代孩子還不夠，必須得親自看到、現場督導確定一切如自己所料，可掌握的才能放心，那麼這樣孩子會有成長的機會嗎？會有的、只是會長的很奇怪、會長的無法適應環境、會長的自以為是，因為他/她們根本無法知... more
說到癮會聯想到甚麼？菸癮？毒癮？酒癮？大概就是一些藥物濫用的負面狀況，在這本書裡探討很多的內容是談毒癮的部分，可是回到癮這個狀態，它的部首是床字邊，說明了是因為不舒服而導致需要休養，那麼有沒有一種癮是正向的？是不需要戒掉的呢？如果有這樣的情況就不會使用癮這個字了，所以說任何狀況、形式的癮，其實都是需要做調整的。 more
「經驗不是發生在身上的事，而是如何利用發生在身上的事」在運動場上的教練、選手甚至家長都會陷入練習量是最重要的；但如果有一項運動是一天只適合練習兩次，每多一次就會增加受傷的風險、效率的降低，那麼應該怎麼辦呢？其實這就相當於年齡越來越大了以後，無法負荷年輕時候的訓練量是一樣的概念；但這樣的概念並不是侷限在某些運動項目，或是等到年紀大了再來思考怎麼辦？因為已經有很多的結果證明，提升後的心理素質是可以解決更多難題的。 more

書本一開始的內容，在工作生涯初期是蠻常遇到的，也就是「無法理解為什麼家長對待孩子的方式跟心態」以及常被說「你/妳沒有真正養過小孩，是無法理解的」這樣的說法就很像沒有被性侵過、沒有被家暴過、沒有相同的經驗，怎麼有辦法做好這件事的處理？但難道一定要經歷過才能體會、才能有能力去幫忙嗎？在心理養成的路上，有個東西是很常被提出來跟要求的，就是自己必須走過一遭，接受專業諮商、要有督導，然而督導的專業是應該要找相同學派的、有豐富經驗的、還是本身的氣質跟素養是跟自己合得來的？沒有一個正確的答案、也沒有人可以確定... more
說起來在工作勞碌方面覺得臺日沒有太大的差別，不過在作者的分享裡提到日本人平均請特休的比例是40%，就連作者自己也是特休永遠不會請完，一直延到隔一年再使用；但隔一年又有新的特休，就這樣無止盡的複製下去，這是一個好的現象嗎？公司跟同仁會為此覺得自己就是很認真、很重要的資產嗎？在等待別人重視自己之前，不如自己先照顧好自己吧。 more
