Brian says “we need to police ourselves and be good models of behavior” and a little over a minute later calls people monsters. I agree the behavior is abhorrent but you asked us to call you out so here ya go. A monster is not human and therefore by calling someone a monster you are dehumanizing them. I love the show but sometimes your emotions take over. We can all do better, and thanks for the reminder of that. :)
The recent Wrong About Aging episode is a great way to jump in to this relevant podcast. The bios and background info shared at the top are great to learn, I’ve been listening for a while and never knew some of it. I think it gives great context for this important ongoing conversation.
