So much gratitude to Lauren and her podcast for breaking web3 down to its most digestible form for those of us who want to learn from and with her! Highly recommend as a safe space to start…
Lauren is an excellent host who really knows how to bring the best out of her guests. The unfortunate reality is that the gender gap in employment and pay is alive and well in web3 — and may even be more profound than in other industries. And yet, the women I know who work in web3 are incredibly talented. I’m so glad that this podcast exists as a resource for encouraging and connecting with women who work in this industry.
