Cassandra and Dianne

We are a monthly Mother-Daughter True Crime Podcast. Each month we will focus on a case that cries out to us. What brings an individual to the precipice of darkness? Can we make sense of societies darkest edges? Sometimes we share generationally opposing views or push our own minds to that edge, but we do this to bring souls into remembrance all while bringing a social issue to light... This is... more

  • Please stop the side commentary

Your humor is not funny and the giggling about it is annoying. Stick to the stories.

  • Do better, Cassandra

I want to like this podcast, I really do. I like the way this mother-daughter pair meshes and they have such an easygoing time and i appreciate how well researched the episodes are.... BUT Cassandra's ignorance is like an ice pick to the ear. From not understanding the meaning of words and phrases to mispronouncing things (please, for the love of God, it's supremaCIST) to the assertion that she's not a feminist because she doesn't hate men; It really doesn't get more ignorant than that. Feminism... more

  • Unnecessary giggling

I’m new here …and you both have good voices but all the back and forth

Over dumb facts and stories that have nothing to do with the crime and all the laughing

Is hard on the ears …it is annoying…

    I’m out ….

  • Mixed feelings

December 1st show: It felt like both of you scoffed at the idea of being a feminist. I firmly believe that being a feminist has been misinterpreted. A feminist, by definition, is simply an advocate of women's rights on the basis of the equality of the sexes. It’s simply equality. Ruth Bader Ginsburg ruled in the favor of equality many times. Many of those included ruling in the favor of men.

You can be a feminist and fight for equality, regardless of sex. In the words of the late... more

  • Fantastic Duo

Just listened to the case of Olivia Gant and you two flow so well together! The way you are able to trade off speaking back and forth seamlessly (from what I heard) is not easily accomplished!
