Just listened to your “dark history of Mount Rushmore” podcast episode. It is so refreshing to listen to young voices reacting to the truth of our history. As it was an extremely hard truth for me to bear when I researched and read about these things at a similar younger age.
I am now 68 and live in an area of the southwest surrounded by reservations and a history of Native American injustices that I haven’t yet been able to come to terms with while still learning about both the real truth of o... more
SO good! A great variety of history, paranormal, and true crime and the hosts are charming. I binged 5 years of content in one month. Thanks ladies!
I’ve listened to every episode of NPAD and the latest ones just aren’t the quality we’re used to. Chatter and giggles shouldn’t take the place of good research and writing. While the banter can be fun, three tangents in a row take away from the story. The latest episode (331) was especially unplatable. Danielle’s interruptions and the irrevelant tangents made the story impossible to get into.
This episode was so well done. I had never learned the details surrounding the Black Hills, including all the tragedies and wars.
Thank you for doing the research required.
I am looking forward to hearing more about Columbus and maybe you could present the history of the Trail of Tears?!!?
This is literally my favourite and best podcast. Keep it up ladies
