Love Wes’ expertise, info, energy, and priorities. If he left, this podcast might not work. Which isn’t to say the other hosts aren’t great - they are. But Wes makes it make sense. Don’t stop talking about the good and right stuff.

  • Only women can menstruate

Damn. I really loved this podcast. Hilarious banter and so informative. But when Wes said people who menstruate instead of women who are menstruating, I felt like I can no longer trust these “biologists” anymore. Such a bummer. If a man thinks they are menstruating, they should probably get checked for a hemorrhoid.

Travel logistics typically involve transporting highly trained, well-cared-for bears via specialized arrangements with the team, prioritizing safety and minimizing exposure to risks, with a focus on using handlers and the least amount of direct contact with actors.
Grizzly Bear Attack - The Old-timey Montana Grizzly Attack
Q: How do handlers reduce the risk of an attack on movie sets?
Handlers reduce risk by limiting interaction with the bear to vetted professionals (handlers or stunt doubles) who understand the animal's behavior, using strict controls to minimize contact, and ensuring safety protocols are in place, reducing liability and risk when interactions occur.
The Bullet Ant Episode - Is Wes the New King of Sting? ft. Jack's World of Wildlife
Q: What would you consider the worst sting you've taken?

I think that Schmidt didn't go far enough east to make a complete list, in my opinion.
The Ghost Grizzlies of Colorado: Part 2
Q: Are there any similar plans in place in Colorado for grizzly bear reintroduction?
No, because they want to reintroduce them in places where they can connect to existing populations.
