I listened to an episode about borderline personality disorder and sadly this episode more shames people with this disorder rather then unshames. I really enjoy this podcast. It brings many different topics and astigmatisms to the spotlight and sheds light on them. We can only grow and accept ourselves if we are willing to talk about it, learn from it, and face these things, and that is just what this podcast does. Definitely a great listen.
Brilliant execution of such the most unique narratives very honestly put forth, making this podcast relatable to every age, mood and phase in life. My savior on a rainy day!
I came across this podcast by complete chance and can’t praise it enough. I’ve never listened to a podcast I’ve resonated with so much. I feel heard, my shame acknowledged and addressed as a POC in the West. Thank you.
The groups, like Asian American, lgbtq are really celebrated in our culture. So I’m not sure what they feel they need to hide, because basically everyone supports them. I like the idea though. It would be nice to have other groups of people like pro lifers, or Christians, because we sometimes feel shame of our beliefs when other yell at us or hurt us for it. Best of luck podcasting!
