Trigger warmer this podcast blows!!! Conversation keeps getting interrupted by a stuttering guy that repeats and says umm every other word. audio goes out worse than a radio station on a road trip
Decent podcast however sound cuts out constantly and it makes listening kind of irritating
Wow. I love the advice from these topics and the length of the episodes. And he has the best guests! Episodes are like mini therapy sessions with information at the end on how you can continue working on the subject. Coming from a narcissist and co-dependent parents and understanding my co-dependency, this information is really helpful.
As someone who's left a narcissist relationship Matt's podcast has helped me better understand how to navigate future relationships
Living with a person with narcissistic behavior, verbally and mentally abusive is exhausting. Matt has helped me find my voice and get the strength to stand up for myself and say enough!

This show leans into true crime with a clinician's eye, unpacking not just what happened but why people behave the way they do. Episodes frequently dissect high-profile cases through a therapeutic lens, exploring motives, power dynamics, abuse, and the psychology behind criminal actions, often weaving in legal context and investigative insights. Listeners can expect mindful commentary, real-world resources, and guest experts who illuminate courtroom strategy, investigative methods, and the human factors at play in complex cases. A standout trait is the blend of therapy-style analysis with crime storytelling, which can feel both practical and emotionally resonant for audiences seeking deeper understanding beyond the surface facts.
