One of the best podcasts that's solely about my special interests! Heck yeah!
Fantastic. This podcast puts meaning and soul into food. Great presentation, sound and guests. Go raibh maith agat.
This podcast has been my introduction to a vast array of native voices and their food ways, voices that are largely unheard in mainstream american culture. Fave episodes so far: e29 Anna Sattler’s on native Alaskan food, e15 Felicia Cocotzin Ruiz on desert food and medicine, e47 the Pueblo bread trail in New Mexico.
Grateful to have stumbled across this podcast. Jaw dropping is an understatement. I have to catch up, but it’s WELL worth the jump down the rabbit hole! Thank you for THIS podcast, yes a needle in a haystack but most definitely a found pearl.
Amazing and much-needed podcast. Shoutout to Santo Domingo/Kewa blue corn tamales at Pueblo feast days, red chile chumuth burros at the Stand on the Salt River Nation, ‘achee at Diné Grill in Gallup, and mutton & green chile sandwiches at the Leupp swap meet.
