Juvenile monologue and bizarre mother dialogues. Not a helpful podcast about thru hiking. Looking for better content not self centered ruminations
Really liked this podcast at the start it was so interesting and easy to listen too. But it’s gone down hill with harder to hear jumbled words and in jokes with other hikers.
I’m invested because I enjoy listening to his journey, highs and lows. His monologues are always interesting and I have enjoyed listening to how he has evolved over the months with his emotions, happiness in life etc.
A lot of it is boring, I think the editing could be done better in regard to the audio with trail family conversations. I feel like I’ve come up on a group of friends and no one is bothering to explain the inside joke, so I leave. I’ve had to fast forward through their chatter, es... more
As an avid hiker I was so excited for this. But each 13 min episode isn't worth the time spent listening, even that exceedingly short time. It has no point, no direction, it should be a diary in someone attic.
