I felt compelled to write a review after meeting Bret and Christine through a mutual party. They are two of the most genuine and authentic humans I've ever met, so it's no shock to me that their mission at the Center is to not just foster growth, but to deepen your awareness of your own identity to promote authenticity. I highly encourage you to share your reasons as to why your seeking therapy and/or coaching and allow the highly skilled therapists and coaches to guide you in the creation and i... more

I just listened to the episode, Relationship Anxiety: "Is my partner the right one?" with Sarah Yudkin.
I liked how when she was going through wondering if she loved Nate, how he supported her, and it led her into the work that she does now.
I also loved how sharing her story set herself free, and she was no longer hiding.
Great interview, Christine and keep up the great podcast :)
Christine is delightful and a joy to listen to. Her shows and guests are enlightening and sure to make a positive impact to all those who listen.
I have done a masterclass with Christine and her partner. I enjoy all the ways they are showing up in their community and how much they offer so authentically. The podcast is another great way to connect!
