  • Great Show

Enjoy your episodes. Just listened to the one on When to Call Time on a Friendship. It is unfortunate what you went through. I am going through something similar now. Have always had a weakness for a certain friend who’s now down and out because of his own dissolution and has tried to use me as a financial shortcut repeatedly. I will spare you the details.

  • Finally something REAL!

An authentic radio show since Howard Stern. Can't stop listening. This is what happens when people take everything you thought you knew about talk shows and blow it up. David and Tony V turn real life into a comedy bomb that makes you laugh. They also have interesting guests that talk about interesting things. Sometimes it gets silly but the dude is super smart. Highly recommend.

  • I like it!

Listened to your overnight show on news talk 1010 radio, was a big fan. Love the podcast as well, brutally honest about your life, good and bad. Also love that you have some of your overnight guests , Tony Five and Dan Riskin and a few others on podcast.

P,S. if you can get in touch with them, should have a podcast with all the regular callers from the overnight show.

  • There are still normal people in the US

Always refreshing to listen to this. Restores the faith a little bit that there are still normal people who are not afraid to talk about things. Guess all the people in the US who are not afraid of swear words and naked feet are imports.

    Cheers David ;)

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

FULL EPISODE: A Boring Relationship Killer - March 30, 2026
Q: What can couples do to repair relationships when indifference is present?
While evidence is limited, the expert suggests timely engagement with issues, maintaining some emotional reaction, and trying to restore the emotional bond before it completely collapses, recognizing it may be a phase that can improve with effort.
FULL EPISODE: A Boring Relationship Killer - March 30, 2026
Q: Can other life domains like work or hobbies compensate for indifference in a relationship?
No, the evidence suggests that disengagement from romance specifically predicts looking for alternatives, while outlets like work or hobbies do not reliably restore emotional engagement inside the relationship.
FULL EPISODE: A Boring Relationship Killer - March 30, 2026
Q: What does romantic indifference look like day-to-day in a relationship?
It manifests as withdrawal, emotional numbness, and a lack of positive or negative emotional engagement, which studies show is distinct from active conflict and can predict negative relationship outcomes.
Why the Myth of Alien Architects Persists
Q: Talk to me more about that. Where do we go wrong when we just assume it was aliens and not our ancestors?
We go wrong by underestimating human ingenuity and by ignoring the accumulation of small, telltale clues—like evidence of worker villages and daily life—that together explain how the pyramids were constructed using human labor and organizational skills.
BS Universities: The Future of Education?
Q: Why can't AI replace professors in the classroom according to the guest?
Because AI lacks moral agency, accountability, and a commitment to truth; it cannot assume responsibility for what it communicates or the impact of its feedback on students' learning and development.
