Eye opening yet easy listening podcast about the fate of refugees in Indonesia. I thought I understood some of the issues, but I didn’t …

  • Beautiful and perfect

Deeply moving podcast about the inhumanity of today’s refugee (non-)”system” that leaves millions of people in a bizarre and cruel limbo, as though suspended in amber forever. Love the silences as well as the interviews and structure. Congratulations to both women who made this.

  • So happy I came across this!

We have all heard about refugees but hearing their voices, knowing their stories is what The Wait gives. EVERYONE should listen to this & learn how it impacts every layer of their community. Every country should do more to help resettle them permanently.

This podcast does a good job at explaining the human side & also the bureaucracy these people face, just to live like you & me. Highly recommend this podcast.
