  • Has potential, poorly executed

This podcast has interesting guests, but the interviewer Julian should learn how to conduct an interview. Oftentimes, he sounds like he has not done basic research into his guest or the topic. I had hopes that the episode on Braucherei would be informative about Pennsylvania Dutch practices, but both he and the guest (Kajia Bretzius) sounded very ignorant about the topic and disrespectful towards this culture and its living practices. It would have also been better if Julian had interviewed Bret... more

  • HOOKED

I am absolutely hooked on this show! My favourite type of podcast is the kind where true crazy stories are being told by the person who experienced the story themselves with the host weighing in or asking questions from time to time. Not only is this exactly that, but all of the stories are so unique and interesting. The topics are absolutely wild! I am extremely picky with podcasts because I can zone out easily but not with this show. Keep up the amazing work!

  • Sorry.

I haven’t unfollowed because I keep hoping it will get better as the premises is amazing, I honestly don’t know how you manage to keep getting the guests you do. The host and the questions he asks are terrible. Please consider handing the hosting to someone else and doing a bit more research before inflicting rambling and questionable assumptions on your guests.
