  • Perfect Union!

This a fantastic podcast with great hosts, I really love it and I learn something every episode. Forgive me, I’m not a spring chicken so maybe it’s just me, sometimes the talking is so fast I have to check to see if I accidentally hit the speed key! Lol! I usually rewind a couple of times so I don’t miss anything. This is not a complaint, just a suggestion if possible to slow down. Your podcast is very valuable to me. Thank you!!!

How to Attract Your Perfect Wedding Clients | Wedding Planning Q&A

Ask clients to give you their top three priorities and use those to guide the timeline and design decisions, ensuring the timeline accommodates the priorities while keeping a smooth flow for the day.
How to Handle Difficult Wedding Vendors | Wedding Planning Q&A
Q: What's the best advice you got as a new planner that still sticks with you today?
Early on, it was learning not to let a single vendor derail the whole day; instead, set expectations, protect the schedule, and communicate boundaries clearly to ensure everything else—catering, photography, guests—still happens smoothly.
All About Wedding Expos! | Wedding Planning Q&A
Q: What are some things I can do to be prepared for a wedding expo?
Start with hydration and a meal plan for multi-day expos, bring a second person to help at the booth, and prepare a visually appealing booth with an eye-catching display and a clear, easy-to-understand package sheet. Focus on warm, personalized interactions, ask open-ended questions to learn about the couple's event, and avoid immediately selling—build a connection first.
