I believe that Tina Anderson's Get Fit! Stay Healthy! podcast is wonderful. I appreciate her coverage of the many aspects of fitness: physical, emotional, and spiritual. I have learned many valuable tips from Tina and always look forward to listening to her podcast.
Only listened to the IF one so far but loved it, not too long and not too scientific, so will be listening to them all at some point from today! Thank you for sharing your experience 😃
