  • Terrible

They’re legal expert, just broke down Supreme Court case without reading the ruling, and she admitted that. She made numerous false with a political slant.

  • Full Time IRGC Mouthpiece

These people have lost their dam minds. In the past they have had some weird takes, but their stance on the Iran War is insane. Taken directly from the “IRGC Guide for Western Media”, they hit every talking point. Probably the most anti-American news podcast, so it leaves the rotation. It was already declining in quality anyways.

  • too many ads, liberal bias

I used to listen to this every day and couldn’t wait for a new episode to release. The volume of ads has increased semantically - almost 3 minutes of ads before the episode starts.

The news is generally objective but occasionally has a very liberal slant

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Moderate Democrat Projected to Win Wisconsin Primary; Trump Claims Hormuz Control
Q: What does this Wisconsin result suggest about the direction of the Democratic Party and the ongoing clash between centrists and progressives?
Haynes argues that the civil war narrative has been persistent, with persistent tensions between centrist and progressive factions shaping fundraising, policy emphasis, and electoral strategy, a pattern likely to continue into the coming cycles.
Moderate Democrat Projected to Win Wisconsin Primary; Trump Claims Hormuz Control
Q: Are you surprised by how things turned out this morning in Wisconsin?
Terry Haynes explains that the incumbent's endorsement and turnout dynamics provided a clearer path for voters, making the result less surprising and illustrating how intra-party signals influence primary outcomes.
Trump Signals Economic Pressure on Iran; Israel Rejects US Proposal
Q: So Patrick, we saw this interview with President Trump speaking to Axios saying he's low-keying it with Iran. Does it seem like that is having any impact when it comes to negotiations to reopen the Strait?
Patrick Sykes describes a stalemate where both sides exchange messages indirectly through intermediaries, with no clear breakthrough, and suggests the delay in shows of immediacy may be an intentional strategy to manage expectations while maintaining pressure.
Trump Promises "Last Chance" for Iran; Michigan's Primary Progressive Test
Q: Mark, do you see this as a potential last chance for Iran?
Mark Champion explains that while the phrasing suggests urgency, previous negotiations show a pattern of reassessing options, making it plausible that Trump could escalate if Iran does not sign, and that much remains unclear about the exact document and its implications.
Progressive El-Sayed Projected to Win Primary; Houthi Threat amid Hormuz Talks
Q: What does El-Sayed's lead in Michigan suggest about the Democratic Party's direction?
It could indicate a shift toward insurgent or progressive candidates, potentially signaling changes in messaging and policy emphasis for the party moving into the general election.
