Thanks Casey for the very informative info. Tax sale investing has been a dream on the back burner for about 30 years. I don’t know if I’ll get there due to parent care and selling my current business. . Hopefully it will work in my favor for embarking on this very interesting business.
I love that this podcast is so educational. I always learn something new after listening to an episode. The perfect way to start my day. It's informative, inspiring, and always puts me in a good mood.
I’m seriously considering investing in Tax Liens and then Tax Deeds. This podcast has been really helpful with me making that decision. So many others have allot of hype and little information unless it’s to promote their program. He also offers a program however, he quickly gets into real and valuable information.
I don’t know if I’ll ever invest in tax sales but there’s no better free source of information that I’ve found for educating yourself in this field. Also, he hits on some great time management issues that I eerily related to, guess I’m not the only one with focus problems. I’m marathoning these episodes faster than stranger things lol, thanks Casey!
These podcasts are very helpful to get you started in the tax sales. I’m getting involved being careful and bidding a little bit. Can’t wait to get a good property. I’d rather get one good one in a year then make mistakes at the beginning.
