These podcasts offer some fantastic insight into the coaching process. Regardless of what sport you coach there are some great moments that you can adapt to your own practice. Dont listen when your running mind as you'll be stopping to type stuff in your phone all the time.

The podcast really makes me reflect.
Please keep up the great work. I recommend this to any coach I engage with as a rich resource.
