  • Awesome podcast for runners of all ages!

    Travis and his crew of co hosts do a great job of breaking down all aspects of running that would be beneficial for the novice runner to more experienced runners. It also covers current events in the running world as well as some good humor mixed in! Would highly recommend this podcast to anyone who likes running.

    As I get older I find myself looking for ways to improve without over shooting and forcing days off due to injury or fatigue from boredom. Ive been appreciating the insights on balancing effort vs load and creating more value each time I run and prepare for the next event or maintain throughout the year.
