Thank you for a well done podcast
A must listen for anyone! Pursuing or overcoming challenges is daunting. But Dr Chris and his guests show that, hard work and a bit of self belief pays off. And shows that when life bowls you a Yorker, that you can step back and knock that ball for 6.
I very much am a fan of Chris, his eloquence and ability to communicate is amazing
Keep it up !!
The focus on the experience, strategies and choices makes the talks universal. I will never be a Dr or an Olympic athlete, but we all deal with stressful situations and high risk for interactions.
Awesome high end content
Loving the episodes. Really enjoyed the podcast with Will Pucovski. Great insight! Keep it up Chris.
