I just recently found this podcast so I’m only on Episode 22 so far but I’m loving this! It’s like having a life coach in my ears whenever I need her. And it’s biblical! I’ve already shared it with 3 others. Thanks, Diana! Keep up the great work.
I listened to Diana coach someone and it opened the door for me to have many other new thoughts. The premise of “what if you thought something different” about the situation blew my mind. Diana has trained me to know that I can choose my thoughts and that has put EVERYTHING in a new light.
The first time I listened, Diana mentioned watching reruns of Blue Bloods. I knew I had found a like minded soul. Diana’s pieces have a similar shape to my own. I felt an immediate kinship. Her kind voice to herself is opposite to my own self talk. I am learning it is not arrogance to take care of me. I so want to grow and renew myself. Thank you Diana, for speaking directly into my life.
