I was in the dark with my marriage for 23 yrs because I did not know what emotional abuse was and have always chalked it up to "marriage has good times and bad times. Finding Natalie’s podcast and then joining the Flying Free community was the best thing I could have done for myself. I have experienced such freedom and strength from the short time I have been listening to her content. She is a very gifted and knowledgeable person when it comes to emotional abuse and I have learned so much from her.
