When I was discipled at 19 it changed my life. I grew up going to church, but it wasn’t until someone took the time to personally share their life that I got it. Now I see it everywhere in the Scriptures. Disciple making isn’t just for professional Christians, it’s for every person who is following Jesus, being changed by Jesus, and committed to the mission of Jesus! It’s so fun to share with others what has been shared with me. We are all a link in this Kingdom chain!
What a great podcast! Tony and Justin are authentic in their love for Christ and have a great way of encouraging others to share their own love for the Lord. Each episode is direct and concise, challenging me to make micro changes in the way I “do life” and each has helped me explore discipleship in a new way.

The conversations center on practical discipleship: how to make and multiply followers of Jesus through everyday relationships, with emphasis on doctrine, scripture engagement, and living out faith in everyday life. Episodes blend personal stories, biblical grounding, and actionable steps—such as one-on-one mentoring, triads, prayer, and suffering—as frameworks for real-world disciple making, while addressing church culture, leadership, and the tension between theology and practice. A notable pattern is a strong focus on relational, life-on-life mentoring within both small groups and larger church settings, plus frequent references to Scripture and navigator-ministry roots. This mix can be especially helpful for teams seeking actionable str... more
