Really liked this
Just listened to Hero & Dònal’s podcast. What struck me was both their emotional responses to memories of childhood books, especially being read to. This charity is so important, providing children with their own chosen book, who have none. Looking forward to listening to more of these podcasts.
The best idea for a podcast - reading books! Books have the ability to transport you to other worlds, take you out of your own head space, teach you life lessons no matter what age you are, make you laugh, cry, gasp and giggle.
It is a privilege to be able to read denied to too many for a variety of reasons. Supporting any charity that encourages and supports reading for children has to be the best thing! Thank you 🙏
A glorious podcast with a wonderful purpose. Who disnae love books and their power to transform lives. Very well done!!
