These guys are very knowledgeable and a lot of fun. This is the best podcast I’ve listened to on a single comic book character. Green Lantern is my second favorite superhero of all time, but these guys have made me love him even more!
I’ve been a listener of the Podcast of Oa for years, so this review is long overdue.
Myron and Phil are two of my absolute favorite podcasters to listen to while I work. Myron has a ridiculously impressive encyclopedic knowledge of Green Lantern lore, and Phil is an amazing co-host that has brought his own ideas to the show since joining, like the Know Your Core Segment, and referring to us listeners as Oans.

Myron and Phil are a necessary part to any Green Lantern fan experience. These two are extremely knowledgeable and maintain a positive outlook which helps during the COVID-19 lockdown. Recommend this podcast to every Green Lantern fan I meet!
Awesome people talking about a great character. Not afraid to go “against the grain” with their opinions and it’s quite refreshing to hear.
Been listening for about a year and I love this podcast. The hosts are know alot about Green Lantern history and make is easy for newer readers to understand how much lore there is behind the characters. I also like the interviews they've done - they are far more professional than a lot of fan interviews I've listened to. I also like that the hosts aren't afraid to tell you when they don't like something, but don't come off as condescending to people who might have a different opinion.

A Green Lantern–focused discussion show led by two longtime fans who unpack the wider DC Universe through the lens of the Green Lantern mythos. Episodes blend deep comic lore with personal takes, covering classic runs, new series, upcoming TV adaptations, and cross-media implications, often including creator interviews or guest insights. Listeners likely value thoughtful analysis, passion for continuity, and a community vibe, with frequent touches on storytelling, character dynamics, and industry context. A standout draw is the host rapport—informal yet informed—and a steady cadence of cross-promotional content and audience engagement that keeps discussions accessible for both long-time fans and newer readers.
