I love this podcast, I basically started crushing on Michael Rosenbaum big time when he first came on the screen as Lex Luthor back in 2001. I was 15 years old back then . Even now I still think Michael is the hottest guy ever. And I would love to date him someday. He is my dream lover. Sorry, I didn’t mean to come on too strongly I’m cool, I’m cool. because when I got older I’ve collected and beige watched the whole series more than 10 times, and given my strong visual memory I have memorized... more

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Hex w/ SERINDA SWAN!
Q: Was it more relaxing for you to portray Clark with a lighter attitude in Hex compared to his usual serious demeanor?
Yes, the hosts feel the lighter, more comic tone allowed for more dynamic interactions and showcased Clark's flexibility when paired with strong supporting characters.
Requiem w/ KRISTIN KREUK!
Q: How did you approach the loft scene with so much history between Clark and Lana?
We leaned into the emotional core of their relationship, letting the history drive the performance and using the long shoot to build a sense of inevitability rather than simply hitting beats.
Turbulence
Q: In Turbulence, Tess creates a plane crisis to force Clark to reveal secrets. Do you think that was meant to show she was becoming more like Lex?
There's a sense that Tess is willing to push boundaries to uncover truths, but both hosts suggest she may be conflicted and not fully aligned with Lex's methods, indicating a nuanced portrayal rather than a simple alignment.
Power
Q: Do Lana and Clark's powers escalate the seismic effect compared to Wrath when she shared Kryptonian abilities?
The hosts agree that Lana's powers feel more tender and nuanced this time, with potential for more controlled effects, suggesting a shift in how their powers influence their relationship rather than a drastic seismic impact.
Bulletproof w/ PHIL MORRIS!
Q: Does Clark's choice to join the fight reflect a broader commentary on vigilante justice vs. law enforcement?
Yes, the hosts discuss that Clark's stance evolves from cautious non-interference to actively protecting people, emphasizing a nuanced take on justice that doesn't fit neatly into either camp.
