I’m Michael Rosenbaum, I’ve spent the better part of the last two decades in and out of film and television - mostly known for playing the bald dude on the show Smallville. I’m the guy that you probably don’t know by name, but when you see my face you might say “oh, that guy from that thing.” I’ve befriended some of the most talented people in the business, but it wasn’t until I started inviting them into my home that I realized, I didn’t really know these people. What started as me having some fun, quickly evolved into something I’ve fallen in love with. What I’ve discovered is that all these people aren’t that different from you and me. They have the same insecurities and flaws that we all deal with every day. In a dark, yet enlightening way... I find a lot of comfort in that. I invite you all to join me while I get inside each of these fascinating people.

Balancing work and life, childhood stuff, mental health, being clear about what it is you want. Always great to hear perspectives from people of my age getting old and trying to work it out.
Came over from the Talkville podcast. Basically have binged this show. I look forward to it every week. Michael keeps a balance of humor and asking great deep questions with his guests.
I stumbled onto Michael’s podcast while traveling through a rabbit hole of interesting things, as I am want to do. I think I was mowing the lawn. His interview style is so relaxed and personable, it is difficult not to think you are listening to a couple of friends chat over coffee. He has a way of asking questions that set his guests at ease and let’s them know that it is okay to answer truthfully and without reservation. I am so glad that my grass had the temerity to grow that week, way back w... more
I hate to admit this; but I never watched Smallville when it was out. I was vaguely aware; but thought that Dean Cain played Clark Kent. (I was a Dawson’s Creek watcher with my daughter.) Now wait - here comes the compliment…I only recently started watching the series on Hulu. I have not been able to watch this once a week and then join in on the Talkville podcast.. I have to watch one show every night. I am just amazed by him as an actor. This lead me to his podcast and I am late to this... more
Michael has a fun and engaging style and it’s obvious that his guests trust him and are ready to engage in real conversation. This is a must listen.
