I love listening to you guys and all the great guests from the 80s and 90s. And hearing all the stories.
I really like this podcast, but it’s really just the Christine show. She talks over David and the guests constantly. Would love if David was able to ask the guests questions as well, or even just interject without getting cut off.
I am 100% listening for Christine, who is charming, knowledgeable and personable! Does David do ANY research????? I had overlooked his personality time and time again until he just asked Janeane Garofalo if she was in SNL. This seems to be the norm with him. I love Christine on this show but David has got to either start showing some respect and charm or hit the road. He says “you are amazing” , and he probably doesn’t even know what they did. Do better
I have previously written a review so this is my second. I’m currently listening to the reunion episode. Christine- these are guests on your show you are not letting them finish stories that you ask them about. She is taking over everything they start to say. I am interested in hearing from the guests!
Edit 2 after coming back to listen to the reunion episode. I really was intrigued and interested to hear Joe Torres again and I recommend the show for finding him at the right time in his life to tell his story, however it was really difficult to follow any of the conversation because Christine constantly interrupts and finishes everyone’s sentences and half the time it seems that her injections aren’t accurate or add nothing to the thought of the person she’s interrupting it breaks the flow of ... more
