  • Great resource and variety for late diagnosed ASD

I came into this podcast through searching for 'adult autism' since I was recently diagnosed at age 43.

What I discovered through listening to all of the podcasts now is a very wonderful host Kristen Hovet who spends plenty of time researching and sharing her discoveries. She also shares her own experiences and has numerous guests whose stories have also been very beneficial for me and my new journey.

Extra shoutout to the music, and Kristen's calm, clear and soothing voice / delivery.
